Section 2(v) in MPERC (Micro-Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016

(v)"State Nodal Agency" means the nodal agency at the State level for promotion of grid connected and off-grid renewable energy in the state of Madhya Pradesh. As per the existing arrangement MPUVNL shall act as the State Nodal Agency for Micro-Grid projects;
