Section 19(1) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(1)After offering admission to all the candidates whose names appear in the merit list or after completion of the admission process, if the seats remain vacant, such vacant seats shall be filled by the institutes, in accordance with the directions of the Admission Committee and in the manner prescribed in sub-rule (2).
