Section 49(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)The accounts of the Board to be forwarded to the Government under sub-section (2) of section 42 shall be forwarded to the Government along with the remarks within two months from the date of receipt of the audit report by the Board.
