Section 6(1)(e) in Kerala Restriction on Cutting and Destruction of Valuable Trees Rules, 1974

(e)all trees, irrespective of the girth at breast height standing dangerous to building, telephone lines, electric lines or any other structures shall be permitted to be felled;
