79A. [ Remission of tax. [Inserted vide J&K VAT (Amendment) Act, 2006]
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, the Government may for the purpose of promotion of industry in the State, by notification, grant remission from payment of tax under the Act, subject to such restrictions and conditions as it may impose.]
