Section 5(4) in The Kerala Document Writers Scribes and Stamp Vendors Welfare Fund Act, 2012
(4)A member of the Fund, on completion of 65 years of age or on voluntarily applying for pension by surrendering his licence after 25 years of membership, shall cease to be a member of the Fund.
