Section 1 in The Armed Forces (Assam and Manipur) Special Powers Act, 1958
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Armed Forces (Assam and Manipur) Special Powers Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Assam and the Union Territory of Manipur.
