Section 17(f) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(f)the date on which the appeal is to be taken up by the Council shall be notified to the appellant. The appellant shall also be allowed, if he so chooses, to represent his case before the Council either by himself or by his representative.
