153. Soliciting alms.
- Whoever, in any street or public place within the municipal area begs importunately for alms, or exposes, exhibits, with the object of exciting charity, any deformity, or disease, or any offensive sore or wound, shall be punishable under the provision of the Himachal Pradesh Prevention of Beggary Act, 1979(22 of 1979).
