(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-Section (1), where a Zamindar or Biswedar holds Khudkasht at the date of vesting of his estate in excess of the area specified in sub-Section (1), he shall continue to hold such land as Khudkasht subject to the provisions of Section 29.
