Section 44(2) in Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972
(2)The provisions of Rule 24 (2) of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1964 which have been incorporated in these rules and numbered as rule 26(2), and which were validated by the Bihar Land Reforms Laws (Regulating Mines and Minerals) Validation Act, 1969 (Central Act. No. 42 of 1969), shall continue to be in force under these Rules.
