Section 16(3) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(3)The Dean of Student Affairs shall have the following duties, namely:(a)to make arrangements for the housing of students ;(b)to arrange a programme of student counselling;(c)to arrange for the employment of students in accordance with the plans approved by the Vice-Chancellor.(d)to supervise the extra-curricular activities and to look after the needs of students;(e)to assist in the placement of graduates of the University;(f)to organise and maintain contact with the alumni of the University.
