Section 122 in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
122. Certain Acts not to apply.
(1)the provisions of the Companies Act. 1956 (Central Act 1 of 1956) shall not apply to co-operative societies.(2)Nothing contained in the Rajasthan Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Act, 1957 or any corresponding law for the time being in force in any part of the State shall apply to loans advanced by co-operative societies under this Act.
