Section 13(5) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(5)The Vice-Chancellor shall have the power to convene or cause to be convened meetings of the Executive Council, the Court, the Academic Council and the Finance Committee :Provided that he may delegate this Power to any officer of the University.
