Section 68(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)The members of the local authorities within whose jurisdiction the market area is situated shall choose one representative to serve on the marketing committee from amongst members of the local authority as the case may be fore the date fixed by the Director in this behalf.Provided that a person to whom a licence has been granted under section 80 of the Act shall not be eligible for being chosen under this clause.
