Section 11(e) in RSWC Employees General Provident Fund Regulations, 1990
(e)A nomination made under sub-regulation (a) may at any time be changed by the subscriber by a written notice of its cancellation and giving a fresh nomination in Form-3. If the nominee predeceases, the subscriber, the interest of the nominee shall revert to the subscriber who shall make fresh nomination in respect of such interest.
