Section 76A(1) in Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961
(1)The Land Commissioner may, either suo motu or on application, for reasons to be recorded in writing, transfer an appeal pending before a Land Tribunal to another Land Tribunal.
