Section 60(1) in The Rajasthan Waqf Board (Election of Members) Rules, 1999
(1)The Presiding Officer shall at the close of the poll prepare a ballot paper account in Form 21 and enclose it in a separate cover with the words "Ballot Paper Account" subscribed thereon.
