Section 200(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)Agent's licence may be renewed on an application made to the licensing authority not less than thirty days before the date of its expiry and shall be accompanied by the principal and all supplementary licences, if any, and the fee specified in rule 203.
