26. Savings.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing provisions of this Act, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken or any appointment made under this Act prior to the date appointed under sub-section (9) of section 25 shall, unless it is otherwise provided in this Act, be deemed to have been validly done or taken or made under this Act.
