Section 9 in The West Bengal National Volunteer Force Act, 1949
9. Posting of a volunteer to a Unit. -
Every person enrolled as a volunteer under this Act may be posted for any period to any unit of the Force and thereupon he shall be bound to serve in the said unit for that period.
