Section 25(1) in The Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1984
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer or other employee of that Government or the Custodian or the Government company or any person authorised by that Government or the Custodian or the Government company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
