Section 10(1) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(1)Documents relating to title of the temple, securities such as Government Promissory notes, stock certificates, debentures, post office cash certificates, national savings certificates, fixed deposits and mortgage deeds and bonds and promissory notes in favour of the temple shall remain in the custody of the Administrator subject to the supervision by the Committee or any of its members authorised by it in that behalf. Register of all such documents shall be maintained by the Administrator and verified periodically by the Committee.
