Section 21H(4) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(4)The procedure of election in the [Primary meetings] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1 dated 1.2.1997.] of a society shall be the same as in the meeting to elect the members of the Managing Committee, office-bearers thereof and the delegate of the society as provided in these Rules.
