In the meanwhile, the Investigating Officer, is directed to release the applicant on bail, in the event of his arrest, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
The applicant, who is present in the Court, is directed to join the investigation, as and when, directed by the Investigating Officer, to do so.
