Vide order dated 08.09.2020, respondent nos. 8 and 9 were granted four weeks time in order to file counter affidavit in the matter. The counter affidavit has not been filed till date.

Mr. Nishi Nath Ojha, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 8 and 9 prays for four weeks' further time in order to enable him to seek instructions and file counter 2/2 affidavit in the matter.
