Section 21(2) in State Mineral Exploration Trust Rules, 2015
(2)The Member-Secretary of the Executive Committee shall, on receipt of the copies of the duly approved annual plan and the related annual budget from the Convener of the Governing Body, submit the same to the State Government within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of approval of the Governing Body.
