Section 1 in THE KERALA MINERALS (VESTING OF RIGHTS) ACT, 2021

1. Short title and commencement.—

(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Minerals (Vesting of Rights) Act, 2021.
(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of December, 2019.
