UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
S.L.P.(C) Nos. 11430-11431 of 2012 In the peculiar facts of this case, since the arbitrator has not been appointed for the last 12 years, -2- we decline to interfere with the order passed by the High Court. The special leave petitions are, therefore, dismissed.
However, we make it clear that we have not examined the issue on merits and all the pleas raised on law in the special leave petitions are specifically kept open for examining the same in some other cases.
S.L.P.(C) Nos. 8519-8520 of 2013 In the peculiar facts of this case, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the High Court. The special leave petitions are, therefore, dismissed.
However, the order passed by the High Court shall not be treated as a precedent.
The question of law is left open.
