1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Ayurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The date of 1st April, 1996 has been appointed as the date on which this Act has been brought into force by the State Government. See Notification given at the end the notification.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
