(2)If the State Government is satisfied that the particulars specified in sub-section (1) are insufficient, it may, by notification, direct that the accounts required to be kept under sub-section (1) shall show such additional particulars as may be specified in such notification, and thereupon every licensee, prospecting licensee and mining lessee shall keep account showing such additional particulars in addition to the particulars specified in sub-section (1).
