Section 14(1) in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
(1)The Governing Body of the University shall consist of following members, namely:-(a)Those members who are from time to time the trustees of the sponsoring body (the Vardhman Bharti Trust Wadhwan City, District Surendranagar)(b)Secretary to the Govt, of Gujarat, Higher Education, Gandhinagar as an Ex Officio.
