Section 1 in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969.(2)They shall apply to all the municipalities in Rajasthan.(3)They shall come into force after one month from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
