Section 55 in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
55. Contravention of certain conditions of lease.
- Any lessee, his transferee or his assignee breaches any condition of the lease mentioned in clause (x) of sub-rule (1) of rule 28 and/or clause (iv) of sub-rule (2) of rule 28 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand or both. In case of continuous contravention, the additional fine upto five hundred rupees for every day during which such contravention continues after conviction for the first such contravention shall be imposed.
