Section 23 in Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
23. Functioning of the Authority.
(1)The office of the Authority shall be located at such place as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time.(2)The working days and office hours of the Authority shall be the same as that of the State Government.(3)The official common seal and emblem of the Authority shall be such as the State Government may specify.
