Section 20(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(2)The Enforcement Inspector on receipt of the analysis report shall deliver one copy of the report to the person from whom the sample was taken and shall retain the other copy for use in any prosecution in respect of the sample.
