The appellant being an NRI was found not entitled to the entirety of the benefit under Kisan Vikas Patra. He was, however, held entitled to the return of the invested amount along with prevailing rate of interest charged by the Post Office Savings Bank. The aforesaid order was challenged in the Special Leave Petition which petition was dismissed by this Court.
We have gone through the review petition and do not find any error apparent on record. This review petition is, therefore, dismissed.
