Section 247 in The Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990.
247. Registration of manufactory. -
Every manufactory of mustard oil, edible oil or edible fat or ghee or butter within Asansol shall be registered by the owner or the person in charge thereof in the office of the Corporation in such manner as the Corporation may from time to time direct.
