Section 5(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Co-Operative Societies Act, 1989
(1)An application for the registration of a Co-operative Society shall be made to the .Registrar in such form as the Registrar may from time to time specify, and the, applicants shall furnish Whim all such information about the Society as he may require.
