Section 24(2) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(2)The Governing Body shall meet once a year on the date to be fixed by the Chancellor/ President and such meeting shall be called the annual meeting of the Governing Body:Provided that the Chancellor/President may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than one fourth of the total membership of the Governing Body, convene a special meeting of the Governing Body.
