Heard.
Challenge in the petition is to orders dated 29.4.2011 and 10.5.2011 passed by the Assessing Officer under the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ('the Act') allowing the petitioner to pay tax dues by installments mentioned therein.
We are of the view that order passed by the assessing authority under section 220 of the Act does not call for any interference. However, in CWP No.9394 of 2011 2 the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal filed by the petitioner which is said to be pending with the CIT(A) Chandigarh may be expeditiously decided preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petition is disposed of.
