470. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may as occasion may required by order do or cause to be done anything which may be necessary for removing the difficulties :Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of five years from the date of commencement of this Act.
