Section 126(1) in Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Code or any rule or regulation or bye-laws or order made thereunder.
