Since the review petitioner has preferred this application in person, when he was not present in court on last Friday We passed over the matter for the next date. Today also the petitioner or any other person on his behalf does not appear in court.

In that view of the matter, We have no option but to dismiss this review application on the ground of non prosecution. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
