6. Examination .-(1) The corporate insurance executive of the applicant or a specified person shall have passed the pre-recruitment examination in life or general insurance business, or both, as the case may be, conducted by the Insurance Institution of India, Mumbai, or any other examination body duly recognised by the Authority.
(2)The examining body shall issue a certificate to every successful specified person, which shall enable him to procure insurance business on behalf of the corporate agent he is working for .
