89. Survey made before commencement of this Code to be deemed to be made under this Chapter.
- Any surveys heretofore made, and introduced under any law for the time being in force or otherwise, and in operation on the date of the commencement of this Code, shall be deemed to have been made under the provisions of this Chapter.
