This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C. praying to i) direct respondent No.2, to furnish to
the petitioner the copy of the order passed by the court in
Morocco effecting extradition of the petitioner from Morocco
to India; ii) direct respondent No.2 to direct the State Police
as the case may be, to comply the judgment of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court in D.K. Basu Vs. State of West Bengal
reported in ((1997) 1 SCC 476) and Section 50A of Cr.P.C.
to intimate the petitioner or one friend or relative or other
person known to the accused or having interest in his
welfare of any application under Section 267 of Cr.P.C. if
any to be filed seeking production before the court.
