(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this chapter the State Government may by an order published in the Gazette amend any provision of this Act other than that contained in this chapter for the purpose of removing the difficulty.(2)Any amendment made by an order published under sub-section (1) shall have effect as if enacted in this Act.
