Section 10 in The Orissa Khadi and Village Industries Board Regulations, 1960
10. Probation.
- Every appointment to a post in regular establishment in Classes I, II and III, shall be subject to probation or trial for a period of one year which is liable to be extended further by the appointing authority at his discretion. A person who has successfully, completed his period of probation shall be confirmed at the earliest opportunity.
