Section 34(1) in Assam Elementary Education Act, 1962
(1)all money deposited in the hands of and held by the State Advisory Board for Basic Education constituted under section 3 of the Assam Basic Education Act, 1954 (Assam Act XXVI of 1954) on the date on which the State Board established under this Act takes charge of office, shall be transferred to and be held by the State Board ;
